Rarity - I don't know that any pet really likes to wear clothes, but . . .

Tempest Shadow- a good name for a cat with attitude.
Granny Smith
Big McIntosh- a good name for a big loyal dog.

Tirek- for a pet that resents you watching MLP.
Storm King
Queen Chrysalis- good for a pet tarantula.
Cozy Glow- for the pet that is sticky sweet and ready to stab you in the back
